Shipping
All Products on the store usually ship within 7 days of placing the order. The customer is notified in case of a delay. Goods are shipped via DTDC Courier services. Once the purchased goods are shipped the customer is provided a tracking number via email.

Warranty
All goods are under warranty as specified by the manufacturer.

Currency
All rates mentioned on the site are in Indian Rupees, but get converted to an US Dollar equivalent at the time of transfer to our international payment gateway.

Any clause of terms and conditions if deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the terms and conditions.

      5. U C Infosystems Pvt Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed by ucinfostore.com the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.

      6. In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. U C Infosystems Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user.

      7. On receipt of your purchase order U C Infosystems Pvt Ltd shall promptly dispatched (Usually within 7 days).  Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the site, shall not be entertained.

      8. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by U C Infosystems Pvt Ltd for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

      9. U C Infosystems Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by the courier agency, flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of U C Infosystems Pvt Ltd.

This without limitation includes loss of revenue/data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries.       15. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes arising out or pertaining hereto.
